Gah! I know kids like to go super high but I was always scared they’d flip right over the bar (or out of the swing). Amara is obviously loving it…despite the danger.
I *knew* you would get it! TOOOO high! He is the one that is always the worry wart! If I was swinging her that high he would go back in the house grumbling the whole way “I can’t watch this.” I am usually the instigator! She really is her mother’s child and the relationship Jenna had with my Dad was so much the same. He would take her snow mobile riding and she would sit back there yelling “Faster Grandpa! Faster!” And he would go faster. Amara yells “Higher Grandpa! Higher!” Grandfathers are just no match for Granddaughters! Is it the same with Grandmothers and Grandsons?
That swing set continues to be the best investment we ever made! Don’t tell her I said this but I’m thinking we may have to get a new one. I thought she would just outgrow it and it is getting very rusty – slide is officially off limits. I don’t think she is ever going to outgrow it.

Great photo! Swinging the grandkids is pretty good exercise, especially if you have several going at once!
